Bangladesh national cricket team will be left Dhaka for Pakistan on January 22 to play three-match Twenty20 series. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hasan Papan will go to Pakistan to give courage to the team.

Bangladesh had objected to going to Pakistan from the beginning, keeping in mind the security concerns. However, after several rounds of talks with senior cricketers and the ICC's intervention, the BCB finally agreed to tour Pakistan. Earlier, BCB President said that the series has been arranged according to the wishes of Bangladesh.

Nazmul Hasan Papan went to the field during the practice session of Bangladesh ahead of the tour. He talked to journalists on various issues. The BCB boss talked about his visit to Pakistan. He will join the team to Pakistan a day later due to personal reasons.

Papan said, "I have to go abroad tomorrow night, but I'll be back home on January 22." I can't go with them (in Pakistan) but I will go - that's what I came here to inform this. Insha-Allah I will go. It's very important who are going as support staff. I'll sit with it today. '
