Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has appointed three new coaches. Interestingly, four of the five members coaching staff are South African. Batting coach Neil McKenzie and fielding coach Ryan Cook were involved earlier. Head coach Russell Domingo and pace bowling coach Charles Langeveldt joined with them. The other of the coaching staff is spin bowling coach Daniel Vettori. By joining pace bowling coach Charles Langeveldt told the pacers to give more attention to fitness.

Domingo and Langavelt arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday. They come in Mirpur on Wednesday morning. Here they visited the players camp for some time. Then spoke at a press conference.

Charles Langeveldt said the first message for pacers will be to focus more on fitness. The boys have to find a way to find the best rhythm. Line length is important for any bowler. Everyone has to work hard and go ahead with intelligence.

"My first job will be to work for the improvement of the rookie players who are now out of the team," he said. Recently, Bangladesh U-19 team defeated England on their soil. I will work to find the new talent from that team. '

"I worked with Mackenzie, not just Domingo," said Langeveldt. Domingo is a quality coach. There is no doubt about his efficiency. '
