Now e-orange owner, 6 others sued in Ctg

Seven people, including the owner of e-commerce company e-orange, have been sued for not delivering products for months even after paying the full amount in advance.
The case was filed in the court of Chattogram Metropolitan Magistrate Hossain Mohammad Raza on Wednesday afternoon by a customer named Nurul Abshar Parvez.
The accused are – Sonia Mahjabeen, owner of the company, her husband Masukur Rahman, former police officer Sheikh Sohel Rana, employees Amanullah, Bithi Akter, Zaidul Firoz and Nazmul Hasan Russell.
Confirming the matter, Plaintiff’s lawyer Golam Mawla Murad said a lawsuit was filed in the court seeking refund of victim customers in Chattogram. The court took cognizance of the case and directed the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to investigate and take action.
Earlier, similar cases were filed against Sonia Mahjabeen and her husband Masukur Rahman in Dhaka and Cumilla.
