Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda said that no country in the world has rejected Bangladesh’s 11th parliamentary elections.

He said, “No country of the world such as Siberia to Europe including the US has never rejected or commented against the Election Commission (EC). This is the success of everyone including the EC Secretariat.”

CEC Nurul Huda said this on Thursday in a ‘Thanksgiving Ceremony’ program for the officials of the EC secretariat after the 11th parliamentary elections in the capital’s Agargaon Election Commission building.

The CEC said, “The parliament election is a big task for the nation. When the election is over, then from different parts of the world, different communities commented on our election. They expressed their opinion. They have mentioned this election as a success.”

“Nobody has rejected the election. From Siberia to the Volga River, through the Pacific, we delivered the message of successful elections throughout America, Europe,” he added.
