Shakib Al Hasan has been banned from all forms of cricket for one year. Now, his name has also been dropped from the latest ICC T20 ranking.

Shakib’s name has been dropped from the ranking after being updated on Sunday. Glenn Maxwell’s continued absence has enabled Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi to move above him to take the top position for the first time. Mahmudullah, the new T20 Captain of Bangladesh team is in the 4th position in the all-rounder’s table.

Shakib was the 2nd best all-rounder in T20. Shakib was second in the all-rounder ranking after the tri-nation T20 series against Afghanistan and Zimbabwe. In addition, he was 9th in the bowling ranking and 32nd in the batting ranking.

However, Shakib is still on the Test and ODI rankings. The ranking of these two formats has not been updated yet after Shakib was banned. So, Shakib is still the best all-rounder in the ODI. On the other hand, he was in the 3rd position in Test all-rounder rankings.
