Night temp likely to fall (1-2)°C

Night temperature may fall by (1-2)°C over the northern part and it may fall slightly elsewhere over the country while day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country in the next 24 hours ending Saturday morning at 9:00 am.
The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasted this in a weather bulletin issued on Friday morning.
Accroding to the BMD weather forecast, the weather may remain dry with the partly cloudy sky over the country during the period.
Besides, light fog may occur during the early morning.
Meanwhile, the severe cyclonic storm “Nivar” weakened gradually and now lies over south Andhra Pradesh Coast and adjoining area as a well-marked low and it may weaken further.
A trough of low lies over North Bay, as a result, sub-continental high extends upto Bihar and adjoining area.
The country’s maximum temperature was recorded at 31.5°C yesterday at Sandwip, Sitakunda, and Cox’s Bazar district of Chattogram division while today’s minimum temperature was recorded at 13.3°C at Sitakunda district.
Today’s sunset will be at 5:10 pm and tomorrow’s sunrise will be at 6:23 am.
