Night and day temp may fall by gradually

Night temperature may fall by (1-2) °C and day temperature may fall slightly over the country in the next 24 hours ending tomorrow at 9:00 pm, said the met office in weather bulletin on Wednesday morning.

According to met weather bulletin, mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Panchagrah, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Dinajpur, Barishal, Jashore, Chuadanga and Moulvibazar and it may continue and spread.

However, light to moderate for may occur at places over the country during the late night to morning.

Besides, weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.

Meanwhile, the depression over Southeast Bay and adjoining east central Bay moved north-northeastwards weakened into a well-marked low over east central Bay and adjoining area and then move further north-northeastwards and weaken into a low-pressure area over Myanmar coast and adjoining area and become unimportant.

As a result, a ridge of Sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area.

Country’s maximum temperature recorded 29.0 degree Celsius yesterday at Sitakunda of Chattogram divisions while today’s minimum temperature recorded 7.6 degree Celsius at Tetulia of Rangpur divisions.
