New schedule for closing market

Raw market, shops and shopping malls have been ordered to be closed by 8 pm to prevent coronavirus transmission. At the same time, people are urged to use e-commerce sites.
A memorandum signed by Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet, Mohammad Abdul Wadud Chowdhury on Monday informed about the matter.
The order said that other health norms should be strictly maintained including maintaining social distance in raw markets, shops and shopping malls. At the entrance of the shopping mall, hand washing system and sanitizer should be kept along with temperature measuring device. Raw, markets, shops and shopping malls must be closed by 8 pm.
The government has also conditionally extended the period of restricted movement in the country till August 31. This control will continue from August 4 to August 31, 2020 and will include weekly holidays.
The Cabinet Division's order mentions 10 conditions. These conditions include - from 10 pm to 5 am in case of urgent need (purchase and sale, travel to work, emergency services, purchase of medicines, medical services, burial, etc.) people cannot come out of the residence.
It is always also important to wear masks outside the residence, maintain mutual distance, and ensure compliance with other health guidelines. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against the violators, the order said.
Apart from these, public and private offices will also remain open in compliance with the health regulations issued by the health directorate, the order said.
