Nasir passes the fitness test

Cricketer Nasir Hossain is having a very turbulent time outside the field in his personal life. The national team cricketer has not been playing international cricket for a long time. His domestic cricket career was also embroiled in various controversies.
However, Nasir Hossain has proved his desire to return to cricket amid all the controversies. He has given the message of overcoming all fears and returning to the upcoming National Cricket League (NCL) – as Nasir Hossain passed the compulsory fitness test before the start of NCL.
Cricketers waiting to play in the NCL took part in a fitness test in Mirpur on Saturday. Cricketers in the preliminary squads of different teams will get a place in the main squads of the teams for the NCL if they pass the fitness test.
As Nasir overcame the fitness test, there is no obstacle for him to take part in the NCL.
The cricketers had a fitness test through the ‘Yo-Yo Endurance Test’ on Saturday. Nasir passed the test after getting 17 marks. Abu Hider Rony surprised all with 19.3 marks. Besides, Naeem Islam and Subashis Roy have passed the fitness test.
This year’s NCL will start on October 16. All the matches of the event are scheduled to be held in Sylhet and Cox’s Bazar. Earlier, the NCL started last March but it was postponed midway due to the COVID situation
