The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of India has raided Mannat, the home of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan. A team of six members entered the house just before noon on Thursday (October 20). However, they were staying for only 15 minutes inside Mannat.
After coming out, the NCB officials confronted the journalists. They were asked for what purpose they had gone to Mannat. In response, an NCB official said “they went there for the sake of ongoing investigation against Shah Rukh’s son Aryan Khan.”
“When the NCB visits a person’s home, it does not mean he or she is directly involved in the incident or is under investigation,” the NCB official mentioned, adding that there are various “constitutional” issues.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan went to jail at Arthur Road in Mumbai on Thursday to see his imprisoned eldest son Aryan Khan who is currently in jail on drug charges. NCB officials arrested Aryan 19 days ago. However, King Khan could not release his son even after appealing for bail repeatedly.
Amidst all this, the NCB raided Shah Rukh’s home Mannat at Bandra West in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, India’s general people are not watching the incident simply. Various questions are being raised around the incident.
The NCB’s new allegation against Aryan is that he chatted with a rising Bollywood actress about drugs. The actress is Ananya Pandey, daughter of Chunky Pandey.
The NCB raided her home earlier on Thursday morning and searched and interrogated Ananya for about 5 hours. Later, the NCB officials came out with some other things including Ananya’s mobile.
The NCB arrested several people, including Aryan Khan, on October 3 following a raid on the Goa-bound cruise ship for drug use.
