Afiea Nusrat Barsha, actress and the wife of Dhallywood hero and businessman Ananta Jalil, has won the hearts of the audience with her acting in one after another film. Many think that Barsha was born with a golden spoon in her mouth. But the truth is, she grown up in poverty in a normal family. Barsha herself reminisced about the hard times of her life.
Recently, Barsha told many unknown stories of her life as a guest on a program on a private TV channel. She also talked about her past there.
“I am a very ordinary girl. Even I went to school in the morning without eating as there was no food in my house,” Barsha said. “One day, I suddenly lost consciousness in school.”
“We had a hard time for 8-10 years, even didn’t get proper meals,” Barsha told in a tearful voice, saying that her childhood was spent with great difficulty. “Alhamdulillah, my family has been able to overcome this situation.”
The actress further said, “I got the love of teachers even after finishing primary and going to high school. Teachers used to give me boy characters to do plays at the annual event. Once I got the gift of a pen playing the role of chairman.”
It is to be mentioned that Barsha made her debut through the film ‘Khoj: The Search’ directed by Iftakar Chowdhury. She starred in the film opposite Ananta Jalil. After that, Ananta-Barsha has acted in many films together. Later, they got married and currently living happily with two children.
