Bengali people are very used to mustered hilsha or mustered shrimp. But have you ever eaten mustered chicken? It is also delicious and easy to make at home. Let’s see the recipe —


6 leg pieces of chicken, half cup of onion, ginger paste 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 1 tablespoon, tomato slices 1 cup, mustard paste one and half teaspoon, sugar 1 tablespoon, cinnamon 1 piece, cumin powder half cup, mustard oil 3 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of raw pepper, garam masala 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder half cup, salt to taste, bay leaf 1 piece, cardamom 2 pieces.


Firstly marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic paste, salt and cover it for sometimes. Heat the pan well with oil and sugar. Then fry the onion slices with garam masala. After that cook the marinate chicken with tomatoes and mix well with water and all the rest ingredients. Heat the pan continuously until reducing the water by keeping the broth as you desired. Now your favorite mustard chicken is prepared to serve.
