Mushfiqur`s salute goes viral

Cricketers have started individual practice in the second phase after overcoming coronavirus pandemic. After Eid, the second phase of individual practice has started with Mahmudullah Riyad, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim, and 8 other new cricketers. A photo of Mushfiqur Rahim's salute went viral today which was captured during a practice session at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium.
The second phase of practice has started at the Home of Cricket in Mirpur on Saturday. According to the schedule, 11 players were supposed to practice on the first day. However, Sadman Islam, Sabbir Rahman, and Taskin Ahmed could not attain in practice on the first day. Taskin did not come to practice due to family reasons. However, the remaining 8 cricketers have practiced today.
Mushfiqur Rahim practiced at the beginning of the day. Mushy has been done gym, batting, and running at the main ground in Mirpur. Mushfiqur saluted during practice after being caught on camera by BCB photographer Ratan Gomez.
Then Mahmudullah, Mominul Haque, Imrul Kayes, Mohammad Mithun practiced at different times according to the schedule.
Among bowlers Shafiul Islam, Mehdi Hasan Rana and Taizul Islam have practiced. However, the academy field was allotted for the bowlers to run, but as the field was not ready, they running in the main field of Mirpur.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has been arranging individual practice for cricketers since July 19 after cricket was suspended for more than four months. The first phase of practice ends after week-long practice before Eid.
