More than 3.90 lakh COVID vaccines rolled out so far

3,90,31,896 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine have been rolled out so far, among these, 2,35,13,362 people took the first jab and 1,55,18,534 took the second jab.
The information has been obtained in a press release signed by Professor Dr. Mizanur Rahman, director of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Among the first dose recipients – 1,32,20,114 are males and 1,02,93,298 are females and among the second dose recipients – 89,46,570 are males and 65,71,964 are females, accroding to DGHS.
Among the vaccines, 1,24,73,652 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine Covishield and 1,07,673 doses of Pfizer-BioNTech have been rolled out. Besides, 2,14,70,648 people have taken the doses of Sinopharm vaccine and 49,79,923 have taken the doses of Moderna.
Meanwhile, 4,34,45,450 people have registered for the Covid-19 vaccine till 5:30 pm on Wednesday, of these, 4,28,46,759 people have registered with NID card numbers and 5,98,691 people have registered with passport numbers.
