Visiting the hospital our correspondent found nurses are picking up their work. In the corridor it is seen that 3/4 of the nurses are sitting together and praying. Some are discussing their work within the ward. The hospital authorities are discussing between themselves and preparing for the coronavirus treatment.

Hospital Health Officer Dr Shafiq Amin Kajal said there was criticism for not launching the isolation centre after the announcement, we talked with concern authority in Dhaka. It has been asked to launch the isolation centre in a smaller range from Monday.

He said we did not get yet our requirements for opening isolation centre in a full swing. We borrowed two ICU beds. The emergency department will provide treatment for fever, cold cough. All other patients have been asked to go elsewhere.

Dr Kajal also said that bio septic lab-2 will be required for coronavirus test and it's not here.
