Mild to moderate cold wave is likely to continue over the country in the next 24 hours ending 9:00 am tomorrow, said the met office in weather bulletin on Friday morning.

According to met office weather bulletin, mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur and KHulna division and the regions of Tangail, Faridpur, Madaripur, Goplaganj, Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Barisal and Patuakhali and it may continue during the period.

In the meantime, night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

However, weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky over the country.

Besides, light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during late night to morning.

Country's maximum temperature recorded yesterday 26.8 degree Celsius at Teknaf of Chattogram divisions while today’s minimum temperature recorded 6.7 degree Celsius at Rajshahi district.

Today Sunset will be at 5:20 pm and Sunrise tomorrow at 6:40 am
