Medical admission exams on Apr 2, dental on Apr 30

The admission tests for medical colleges across the country will be held on April 2 and for the dental colleges on April 30 after being delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Directorate General of Health Education (DGHE) announced the schedule for the admission tests for the MBBS course at public and private medical colleges and BDS at dental colleges for the 2020-21 academic year in a press release issued on Sunday night.
The candidates for the exams are requested to fill an online admission form from the website – http://www.dghs.teletalk.com.bd – starting from February 11 to March 1, according to DGHE sources.
It is to be mentioned that there are 4,350 seats are available in the 47 government medical colleges across the country while another 8,340 seats are available for the candidates in the 70 private medical colleges.
Earlier last year, the concerned authorities were forced to halt the exams in a bid to tackle the spread of coronavirus or Covid-19
