Nearly all varieties of mango are grown commercially in various areas of the Barind area including Naogaon, Sapahar, Porsha, Niamatpur, Ishwardi of Pabna, Natore, and Dinajpur. Mango cultivation is increasing in agricultural land every year due to profitability.

Due to the climatic and varieties, the mango buds have started sprouting about a month before the scheduled time. However, by the end of the Magh, each tree will begin to bloom completely.
