Malik bowls fastest ball by an Indian pacer in IPL

Jammu and Kashmir and Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer Umran Malik has made the record in his debut match with his sheer pace on Sunday & break all records for the fastest bowl by Indian in IPL 2021. 

Malik came into SRH playing XI in place of T Natarajan against Kolkata Knight Ryders. In his very first over, Malik set the record of the fastest ball of 150.03 kilometers.

At the same time, the 21-year-old Malik became the fastest Indian cricketer in the ongoing IPL. He broke Mohammad Siraj's record of 146.6 kmph in this year's IPL. 

Overall, Umran became the third-fastest bowler in the current IPL. As per IPL 2021 stats, only Anrich Nortje of Delhi Capitals and Lockie Ferguson bowled faster deliveries than the 21-year-old tearaway quick.

It is to be noted that the J&K quick did not get any wicket on his debut match. However, Malik was economical and coincided only 27 runs in 4 overs. His team SRH also lost the match by
