Malaysia Religious Affairs Minister tests COVID-19 positive

Malaysia’s Religious Affairs Minister Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri has tested positive for coronavirus. He himself has confirmed this information on his Facebook page on Monday.
“I request those who attended meetings that I did between September 24 and October 4 to go for COVID-19 testing at an available clinic immediately,” he said in the post.
I pray that Allah will heal and save Malaysians from COVID-19, Insyaallah, Zulkifli added.
Zulkifli attended a special meeting at the Prime Minister’s Department, which was also attended by members of the Cabinet including Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin on October 3.
Meanwhile, Malaysian Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin announced that he will undergo a 14-day home quarantine after Religious Affairs Minister Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri tested positive for COVID-19.
