MMCH sees another 4 deaths

Another four deaths were reported in the COVID-19 unit of Mymensingh Medical College Hospital (MMCH) in the last 24 hours till Tuesday morning. All of them had the virus symptoms.

Dr Mohiuddin Khan Moon, the focal person of the hospital's Covid unit, has confirmed the information this morning (October 26) and said that two each of the deceased were from Mymensingh and Netrokona districts.

He said a total of 61 patients are now undergoing treatment at the Corona unit. Some 12 people have been admitted in the last 24 hours while seven patients have returned home after recovering.

Meanwhile, Mymensingh District Civil Surgeon Dr Mohammad Nazrul Islam said, "In the last 24 hours, three more COVID patients have been diagnosed after testing 136 samples in the Mymensingh district."
