The legendary voice artist Brice Armstrong who mostly known for giving voice in the popular animated series ‘Dragon Ball’ has passed away at the age of 84.  

The mark Collins Agency revealed in a Facebook post that Brice passed from old age complications on January 10.

“Although many of you might not know Brice’s work, as he retired in 2009, many more of you knew Brice as an exceedingly talented voice actor, and a very sweet, funny guy,” the agency's post said.

He was best known as the narrator of the original ‘Dragon Ball’ animated series and was also the voice for characters in the ‘Dragon Ball Z’ series. 

Besides ‘Dragon Ball’, Armstrong was also given a voice in ‘Yu Yu Hakusho’, ‘Lupin the Third’, ‘Case Closed’ and others

Brice Armstrong, a native of Dallas, Texas, started his career in radio, working for several radio stations and he was inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame in 2004.
