Meditation is considered the first step of yoga; hence many people meditate for different reasons while it relieves stress.

As a result, you will have a positive outlook, confidence, and calmness. According to several studies, meditation activates some of these nerves in the brain which helps to reduce physical pain.

Find the right time of meditation –

  • According to experts, the perfect time to meditate is before morning exercise, it relaxes body and makes our brain ready for later exercise.
  • Now know the right ways to meditate –
  • Choose an open and quiet place for meditation.
  • For meditation cotton and white clothes are better.
  • Sit in any seat like Padmasana, Siddhasana, Sukhasana Gomukhasana etc, you can also sit down the way you feel comfortable.
  • Close your eyes slowly.
  • Breathe inwards and exhale slowly and do this a few times.
  • There is hard and fast time for meditation, you can meditate for half an hour or an hour for as long as you wish.
