Kidnapped Mymensingh businessman found dead in Ctg

Mymensingh District Detective (DB) police recovered rice traders Azizul Haque's body from Chattogram after five days of kidnapping.

Dead Azizul is the owner of Mesers Haque Auto Rice Mill Enterprise.

Two people named Ibrahim alias Babu and auto-rickshaw driver Gulab Hossain were arrested in the incident. The information was disclosed in the district DB press on Friday noon.

District Detective Police OC Shah Kamal Akand said Azizul Haque was abducted on December 23 while he went to Feni for rice purchase.

A case was filed in Trishal police station and DB police were directed to rescue him. Later, DB conducted a drive and arrested the owner of Mecca Enterprise, Ibrahim alias Babu and auto driver Gulap Hossain from Fulgazi of Feni district.

They said that Azizul was killed after took away Tk 10 lakh from his bank account and left the body in the jungle of Naytila ​​area of ​​Chittagong district.

Later Azizul's body was recovered from the area on Friday morning according to their information. The body was sent to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
