Eid-ul-Azha means new items of meat. Today you will know about the culinary artist and food specialist Keka Ferdousi’s recipe 'beef with sliced spices':


Beef 1 kg, half cup of sour yogurt, chili paste 1 teaspoon, ginger-garlic-onion paste 2 tablespoons, chopped onion 1 cups, ginger chopped  2 tablespoons, garlic chopped 1 tablespoon, salt one and a half teaspoons, half a cup of soybean oil, chopped dried chili 10 pieces, bay leaf 3 pieces, hot spice 6 pieces and full cayenne 10 pieces.


At first, mix well beef with yogurt, chili paste, ginger-garlic-onion paste and salt then leave it for half an hour in a pot. Now, put oil in another pot on the stove. When the oil will be heat enough, put the beef mix and all the slice of onion and dried chili with ginger and garlic paste, bay leaf, hot spices and unsliced cayenne pepper on it.  Then cook stir the beef along with water for 20 minutes covering with a lid. Then lift the lid, stirring and cooking it for another 15 minutes with reaming covered it. Lift the lid down and take it down. 'Beef with sliced spices' is ready for it. Now you can serve this.
