Israeli forces continue airstrikes in the besieged Gaza Strip. A total of 113 Palestinians, including 31 children and 11 women, have been killed in the attacks since Monday, reports Al Jazeera, citing Gaza’s health authorities.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces also carried out airstrikes on Holy Eid-ul-Fitr. On Eid day, 19 Palestinians were killed.
On the other hand, seven Israelis have been killed so far in a rocket attack on Israel carried out by Hamas. Among them are an Indian woman and an Israeli soldier. Hundreds of Israelis were also injured.
The conflict began with fears of the displacement of several Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah area in Israeli-occupied East Jerusalem. At one point on Monday (May 10), Israeli forces launched an operation at Al-Aqsa. At the time, they used rubber bullets, tear gas and sound grenades in the mosque. Hamas then fired rockets at Israel.
