Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei led the Zummah prayer in Tehran today 8 years later since 2012 where he praised the Iranian attack on US bases.

Khamenei said, Iran’s ballistic missile strikes on US military bases in Iraq were a “slap on the face” to the superpower.

“The killing of General Qassem Soleimani in a US airstrike was a disgrace for the US administration, and the US showed its terrorist nature,” he said.

Mentioning Trump as a ‘clown’ Khamenei said, he pretends to support Iranians but will “push a poisonous dagger” into their backs.

The “real punishment” would be forcing the US to withdraw from the Middle East, he mentioned.

Lashing out to Europe Khamenei said, “Western countries are too weak to bring Iranians to their knees.” “Britain, France, and Germany, who tried this week to bring Iran back into compliance with the 2015 nuclear agreement, were contemptible governments and servants of the US.”

Mentioning ‘shooting of Ukraine International Airlines’ as a bitter accident he said, it saddened Iran as much as it made enemies happy.

“Iran’s enemies used the crash as an opportunity to question the Islamic Republic, the Revolutionary Guard, and the armed forces,” Khamenei said.

Thousands crowded inside a large prayer hall to hear Khamenei’s address today, while the surrounding area was densely packed with people chanting “death to America”
