“Bangladesh will move from a middle-income country to a developed country by 2041, including the implementation of Vision 2021 through joint efforts of men and women, and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Father of the Nation’s Golden Bangladesh nation will be built. Delta Plan-2100 will be implemented. Let this be our expectation in the Mujib Borsho,” she said.
The United Nations started to celebrate the day officially to commemorate the procession for the right of the women workers of New York’s sewing factory on 8 March 1910. Since then, the day has been celebrating in different countries across the world.
