The admission test (2019-2020) at Islamic University (IU) will be held from 4 to 8 November. The decision has been adopted in a meeting of the university's Central Admission Test Committee on Sunday, confirmed (acting) Registrar SM Abdul Latif.

Abdul Latif said, on Sunday at 9 am, the meeting of the Central Admission Test Committee was held at the administration building under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Harun-ur Rashid. The meeting decided to hold the admission test for the academic year from 2019-2020 from 4 to 8 November.

It was also reported that the decisions on application dateline, admit card collection along with the date of publishing admission result has also been made in the meeting. According to the sources, the application for admission test will start from September 2 and continue till October 1. Admit card can be withdrawn from 16th October to 2nd November.

In addition, it has been decided that all the units concerned will have to publish the results by November 15 after the admission test. The draft decisions of the meeting will be sent to the Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) for final approval.
