IPL 2020: Inaugural Mumbai vs Chennai match on Mar 29

Indian Premier League (IPL) is going to be fielded through the match Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings. Last season's final is being repeated at the beginning of the league this year. Rohit Sharma's team won the title by losing Dhoni’s team just one run in the last IPL final. The inaugural match will be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on March 29.
The league fight will begin with the Mumbai Indians vs Chennai Super Kings. However, the teams will play IPL in just 11 days after the India vs South Africa series.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians will be the last match of this year’s IPL group phase on May 17 in Bengaluru. The schedule of the knockout episode is not yet reported. However, the final will be on May 28.
This year's IPL Group League will play one match instead of two on Saturday. However, both matches will be held on Sunday. But the first match of the league (March 29) and the last match of the group league (May 17) will be single. This time the league will run for 50 days while the previous league was for 44 days.
