During the Eid-Ul-Azha, beef is available almost every Muslims family. Many think of making beef-kabab. So today, learn the recipe to make sheek kabab easily. Let's find out of the recipe - 

Ingredients: You will need 1 kg of beef without bone, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoons of garlic, 1 teaspoons of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, hot spice powder 1 teaspoon, 5 raw pepper, Coconut Kuchi 2 tablespoons, coriander leaves 2 tablespoons and salt to your own taste.

Recipe: First, in a blender or on a shillpata, you should take the beef without bones and blend it well with garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, coriander powder, hot spice powder, coconut granule, coriander powder, and salt. Water cannot be mixed. Now let this mixture blend well and refrigerate for one hour for marinating. Then knead the meat and bake it in a coal oven. Then the sheek Kabab will prepare to serve.
