Houthi attacks in Yemen kill 62 including women, children

At least 62 civilians have been killed in attacks conducted by Houthi rebels in Yemen. Among the dead were many women and children. Besides, more than 143 people were injured.
The local administration said the attacks had been carried out for the past few months in the western province of Al Hudaydah.
The Saudi-led coalition has been fighting Houthi rebels since 2015. The country’s President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi is taking shelter in Saudi Arabia. The power struggle has been going on in Yemen ever since. The Saudi-led coalition has been fighting the Houthis for a long time to bring him to power.
Many people have lost their lives in the long five-year conflict. Yemen is in the grip of a terrible famine due to the conflict.
Despite the UN-mediated meetings with Houthi and Hadi-backed representatives, no solution was found. Besides, Iran is supporting the Houthis.
