Azizul Haque Rashid, the founding headmaster of Alhera Academy Trishal, is living a dehumanized life due to poverty as all schools are closed due to the coronavirus epidemic. He has switched his profession and chosen cattle farm for his livelihood. 

The teacher was forced to change his profession and chose cattle farming to run family. However, He established Alhera Academy Trishal by giving up the illusion of job to spread the light of education among the people of the area. 

Abdur Rashid, eldest son of late Azmat Ali of Madhya Panchpara village in Trishal Sadar UP of the upazila. He was admitted to Trishal Nazrul (Degree) College in 1991 after passing Dakhil from Boiler-Kanhar DS Madrasa. He passed HSC in 1993 and then enrolled in a degree and set up the Modern Coaching Center. As the eldest son of the family, he applied for a job in addition to coaching to cope with family pressures. After passing the written test for the recruitment of primary assistant teachers several times and facing Viva, Abdur Rashid did not get the final appointment. He later decided to establish a school as he continued to teach and gain a reputation and increase the number of students. 

Alhera Academy Trishal was established in 2000 by talking to teachers, students, and parents of the school. From then on, Abdur Rashid became known as the headteacher of Alhera Academy Trishal. Due to the epidemic, the rent of the school established in Bhatipara of the municipality and the teachers could not be paid, this time they are living a dehumanized life.

Abdur Rashid said that due to the Corona epidemic, the educational institutions were declared closed from March 2020. Since I could not pay the school rent and teachers' salary, I joined the job of maintaining the cattle farm with a salary of Tk 7,000. Now I am working on that farm with a salary of Tk 9,000.

He politely said that it is very important to give official incentives to all kindergarten schools.
