‘Hasina: A Daughter’s Tale’ to be aired on nine TV channels

Apart from Bangladesh Television, the docudrama ‘Hasina: A Daughter’s Tale’ will be aired on eight private television channels on the occasion of National Mourning Day.

On Friday the docudrama will be aired at 10:50 am on Independent Television, at 11 pm on ATN News, at 11:30 am on Channel i, at 12 pm on ETV,  at 3 pm Bangladesh Television and Ekattar TV, at 5 pm on Bijay Television, at 5:45 pm on Channel 24. It will also be aired on Maasranga Television at 11 am and again at Saturday 12 am.

Starting from her arrival in Dhaka with her family members in 1952, various events of Sheikh Hasina’s personal and political life have come up in this documentary.

The docudrama was directed by Piplu Khan and produced by Centre for Research and Information, which released in 2018. In the meantime, the film has been screened in different places in the country and abroad and has garnered praise.
