Hanging body of expat’s wife recovered in Bijaynagar

Police have recovered the body of a mother of two in Bijayanagar, Brahmanbaria. The body of the housewife was recovered from her father-in-law's house in Kamalmura village of Paharpur upazila at 3:30 pm on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Nargis Akhter, wife of Shah Alam Miah, an expatriate from Kamalmura village. Nargis is the daughter of Shah Alam of Bhitidaudpur village in the same UP. The deceased Nargis Akhter left two sons.

Confirming the incident, SI Kabir Khan of Aulia Bazar police investigation center said the body was recovered from the house of the housewife's father-in-law. The body has been sent to District Sadar Hospital for autopsy. The cause of death will be known after receiving the report. So far no one made any complaint.
