Global coronavirus death toll tops 380,000

The total number of deaths from coronavirus across the world is 380,672 and a total of 6,449,153 people have been infected so far. Besides, 2,951,347 people have recovered, according to the international survey agency Worldometer.
The virus, which has spread from China, has so far infected 213 countries and territories around the world.
The United States is the most affected nation by the deadly coronavirus. So far, 1,876,992 people have infected with the virus and 107,910 have died in the country.
The United Kingdom has the second-highest number of deaths from coronavirus. So far, 39,369 people have died of coronavirus in the country while the number of infected is 277,985.
Italy has the third-highest number of deaths. So far, 33,530 people died of coronavirus in Italy out of 233,510 cases.
In Brazil, 30,486 people have died and 539,045 people have been infected with coronavirus so far. France has so far recorded 189,220 coronavirus cases while 28,940 people have died.
The coronavirus spread from Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, China in December 2019. The country of origin has so far infected 83,022 people. Of these, 4,634 people have died.
