Four die from cold, fever and breathing prob in Cumilla

Four people have died from fever, cold, cough, and breathing difficulties at COVID Hospital of Cumilla within last 24hrs.
Cumilla Medical College Hospital’s Assistant Surgeon Dr. Moazzem Hossain on Saturday morning confirmed this information.
According to hospital sources, a 69-year-old man from Cumilla Sadar South Upazila died in Corona ward on Saturday morning. A 70-year-old woman from Nangalkot upazila and a man died from Chandina upazila died in isolation ward on Friday night. A 49-year-old woman from Laksam Upazila died at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital at 5:40 pm yesterday.
At present 135 people are admitted in this hospital. Of them, 81 are males and 54 are females. As of Saturday morning, 312 people had died in 65 days.
The director of the hospital Dr. Mujibur Rahman said the number of patients with coronavirus symptoms has increased after Eid. Doctors, nurses and health workers are providing services at COVID Hospital according to the roster.
