Foreign minister requests to follow health regulations

To prevent coronavirus transmission, the foreign minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen has requested the people of Sylhet metropolis as well as the countrymen to abide by the health regulations and physical distance.
He made the request while inaugurating a disinfectant tunnel at Bandarbazar Central Jame Mosque in Sylhet on Friday.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Momen inaugurated the three disinfection tunnels through a video conference from Dhaka and requested its proper use.
He said, “By preventing coronavirus pandemic through precaution, we can establish coronavirus-free Bangladesh.”
The disinfectant tunnels were provided at the initiative of Cap Foundation, Sylhet.
Awami League Central Committee Organizing Secretary Shafiul Alam Chowdhury Nadel, Sylhet City Corporation Councilor Azadur Rahman Azad, Bandarbazar Central Jame Mosque President Nazmul Hossain, Executive Committee Member Mohammad Reza Chowdhury and Dr. Helal were present among others on the occasion.
