Head coach of Bangladesh national football team Jamie Day has tested negative for coronavirus.
Samples from the 41-year-old British coach had been collected for the fifth times on Monday morning. The coronavirus report of him came negative in midnight.
“I’m very happy,” said coach Jamie Day, adding: "Getting rid of coronavirus seems to have gotten me to walk out of jail." He is scheduled to leave for Qatar next Wednesday morning.
According to BFF, national football team head coach Jamie Day will board a flight to Doha on December 2. BFF is trying to reduce his quarantine period. They expected that Jamie will be in the dugout of the Bangladesh team during the match against Qatar on December 4.
