Five die with fever, cold and shortness of breath in Cumilla

Five people died with fever, cold and respiratory problems related problems at Comilla Medical College Hospital (CMCH) in Cumilla in the last 24-hour. With the new fatalities, so far 158 people died of COVID-19 and with the symptoms.
Currently, 117 people have been undergoing treatment at the hospital. 38 of them have tested positive for coronavirus while 79 are undergoing treatment with coronavirus symptoms.
Dr Sajeda Khatun, assistant director of Comilla Medical College Hospital, confirmed the information.
He said Yusuf Ali, hailing from Chandina in Cumilla died of fever, cold and shortness of breath in coronavirus ward while Nabil from Thakurpara in Cumilla city, Haji Jabbar from Taltala village in Debidwar, Rina Akhter from Balrampur in Cumilla Sadar and Dudu Mia of Brahmanpara upazila of the district died in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the hospital.
Meanwhile, a total of 158 people have died at the hospital since April. Of them, 26 were infected with COVID-19 while 132 died with symptoms.
