Expatriate to jail praying bail

The court has sent Saudi expatriate Nur Mohammad, to jail accused as the mastermind of Mushtaq killing in Muradnagar, Cumilla.
On Wednesday, the senior Judicial Magistrate of Cumilla asked the court to send him to jail after rejecting the bail in the case.
In the case, it has been stated that in November of 2017, Amir Hossain, Kazi Saiful, Abdus Salam, Tajul Islam, Bazlu Miah, Delwar, Shamim and some other of Panchpurukia village planned under the leadership of Noor Mohammad to kill project managers Mushtaq Mia. After the planning of the assassination and financing for the murder, Noor Mohammad went to Saudi Arabia in December of that year. Saiful called Mushtaq over mobile phone on January 24, 2018. According to the plan, they killed Mushtaq and left the body in the canal.
Mushtaq's wife Parvin Akhtar did not find her husband and filed a GD at Muradnagar Police Station. On January 27, police found his body on the bank of the canal. Parveen filed a murder case on the same day. Five people were detained in the case till February 14. According to their address, the identity of Nur Mohammad, the mastermind came to the light. After the investigation on 26 December, police filed a charge sheet against Nur Mohammad and eight accused in the court.
