Exercise key for happiness, not money

It is said that health is key to all happiness and hence there is no alternative to keep physical exercise to maintain good health.

Regular exercise can prevent all diseases. Those who have developed this habit, will not affected by incurable disease, even exercise can keep you mentally healthy.

These said the researchers at the University of Yale and the University of Oxford in the United States. Such data have been found in a study conducted on the physical and mental behavior of nearly 1.2 million US citizens.

These citizens are more focused on physical exercise than money. The report was published in the popular journal The Lancet. According to the report, participants who exercised regularly became sick for 18 days a year and those who have exercised irregularly have been sick for an average of 35 days.

The study also shows that people who do exercise are happier than who earn more than Tk 2.1 million a year. However, scientists have forbidden excessive exercise. According to them, regular exercise for 30 to 60 minutes is good for health.
