Everyone passed from tea-seller Khaleq’s school

Nalua Chandpur High School, established by Mr. Abdul Khaleq, a tea-seller from Nalua Chandpur village in Barura Upazila of Comilla, has shown surprise in this year’s SSC examination. All the candidates of this school have passed with the highest GPA.
Rafiqul Islam, Headmaster of Nalua Chandpur High School, confirmed the information on Monday afternoon.
“This year, 46 students from our school took part in the SSC exam and all of them have succeeded,” he said. “We had 100 percent pass record before. However, this time the highest number of GPA-5 has obtained. Among the examinees, three got A+ (GPA-5), 27 got A, 15 got A-, one got B.
Abdul Khaleq, a poor tea-seller of the village, built the school by donating a piece of land he had bought with his life savings. The school was enrolled in the MPO in November 2019.
Mr. Abdul Khaleq said, “I am very happy with the results of the students. I am hopeful that the students who pass from here will one day contribute to the development of their area and country.”
