Eid-ul-Fitr being celebrated after Ramadan

Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across the country on Friday. The Muslim community is celebrating the festival after the Holy month of Ramadan.
The whole country is taking part in the biggest religious festival of the Muslim Ummah amid the global Covid-19 situation by following proper hygiene rules.
The first congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr was held at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram at 8 am on Friday. Imam Hafez Mufti Maulana Mizanur Rahman, Senior Pesh Imam of Baitul Mukarram, presided over the first congregation. Muazzin Hafez Kari Kazi Masudur Rahman the Muqabbir of the Eid prayer.
Thousands of devotees took part in the congregation. Doa and Munajat were offered for deliverance from the COVID pandemic.
Besides, Eid-ul-Fitr congregations are also being held in the mosques of the neighborhoods across the capital. Rich and poor, young and old are celebrating Eid in compliance with the hygiene rules.
