Education Minister hints at reopening universities

Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni has reported when the universities will be reopened amid the global pandemic coronavirus.
She said the universities would reopen only after students were vaccinated against coronavirus.
The minister said this at a press conference on Sunday.
Earlier on Saturday, Dipu Moni said in an event that educational institutions will not be opened with risk. Experts have suggested opening educational institutions if the infection falls below 5 percent. However, the infection rate is now 13 percent.
On March 8, 2020, the first corona infection patient was identified in the country. All types of educational institutions have been closed since March 16, 2020. The office was closed for 66 consecutive days from March 26. The educational institution has been declared closed till June 12.
