Dr. Dipu Moni said, all the schools and colleges of the country are being opened from Sunday after the closure of 17 months. Coronavirus infection is less likely to increase if hygiene is obeyed. Even then, if there is a risk of infection, the educational institution will be declared close again considering the situation.
Meanwhile, the education minister also requested not to send any student or his family members to school if they are infected with coronavirus or have symptoms.
The country first reported coronavirus cases on March 8 last year. All types of educational institutions were declared closed from March 17. So far, the running leave of the educational institution has been extended in stages in the last 18 months.
As the corona infection continues to rise, the current general leave of the educational institution has been extended till August 31.
