EVM in Dhaka-06, 13 and four constituencies

In Bangladesh, Electronic voting machine (EVM) is to use in 11th parliamentary elections for the first time. Voting will be done through this technology in six electoral constituencies of the country, including two in Dhaka city.
These two are Dhaka-13 comprised of Mohammadpur, Adabar and apart of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Thana; and Dhaka-6 comprised of Wari, Gandaria, Sutrapur, Kotwali and apart of Bangshal Thana.
According to the Election Commission sources, about 15,000 EVMs will be stock for the votes cast in six seats. Each center will have an average five ballot rooms. Each room will have an EVM. The decision has been taken to keep one more additional EVM machine in every Polling center.
Besides, the remaining four are Chattogram-9, Rangpur-3, Khulna-2, and Satkhira-2.
