The court today fixed January 17 for the submission of the probe report against Irfan Selim, ousted ward no. 30 councilor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC), and his bodyguard Zahidul Mollah in connection with a drug case.
The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shahinur Rahman fixed the new date on Sunday. Muhammad Delwar Hossain, Chawkbazar Police Station Inspector (Operations) and investigating officer of the case, set the new date as he could not submit the report.

Then on October 26, RAB-3’s DAD Qayyum Islam filed four separate arms and drug cases against Irfan Selim and bodyguard Zahid with Chawkbazar police station.
Meanwhile, the probe report against Irfan Selim and his bodyguard Zahidul Mollah and other accused in the case for beating and threatening to kill a naval officer is scheduled to file.
