Don’t grab my hands: Pori Moni in court

On her way to appear in court, the actress Pori Moni was taken to the courtroom by some policemen. During this, a female police officer tried to grab the hand of Pori Moni in the same way as the accused were taken to the court. At that time, Pori Moni told the female police officer not to hold her hand.
“Don’t grab my hands,” Pori Moni told the female police officer and entered the courtroom.
Earlier today, Pori Moni appeared at Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court in a case filed under the Narcotics Control Act.
Pori Moni appeared in the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder at around 12:00 pm on Wednesday.
On the day, the investigation report in the case against Pori Moni is scheduled to be submitted, however, the concerned investigating officer could not submit the report, as a result, the judge fixed October 10 for the next hearing.
Earlier, when Pori Moni was brought to the court on remand, more than 50 policemen surrounded her and took her to the courtroom. At that time, Pori Moni fell on the road after being pushed by the crowd.
On the night of August 4, RAB arrested Pori Moni and her accomplice Dipu after a four-hour raid from their Banani resident in the capital. At that time, various drugs were recovered from Pori Moni’s house. The next day, on August 5, RAB-1 filed a case against Pori Moni and her accomplice under the Narcotics Control Act with the Banani Police Station.
On the same day, Pori Moni was taken to court, remanded for four days in the first phase. She was later remanded for two more phases.
Then on August 31, the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge granted bail to Pari Moni. The next day, She was released on bail from the Kashimpur jail in Gazipur.
