District-based coronavirus cases in Bangladesh

Every day, Bangladesh is getting a big jump in coronavirus cases while 1202 more people have been infected with COVID-19 as well as claiming 15 deaths for the last day in the country, bringing the total number of infected to 20,065 and death to 296. 

However, 3882 people have recovered from the deadly coronavirus in Bangladesh. 

This information was given in the regular online health bulletin related to coronavirus on Friday (May 15) afternoon by Nasima Sultana, additional director general (administration) the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). 

Bangladesh has reported its first coronavirus case on 8 March while the first death from COVID-19 has been recorded on 18th March in the country. 

The government's Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) has given district-based statistics on the number of COVID-19 infected (from 8 March to May 15).
